Leanne plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, with extensive knowledge of the Austroads Guide to Temporary Traffic Management (AGTTM) to lead comprehensive audits and deliver hands-on training. Her commitment to quality, safety, and compliance elevates standards across the board.

Leanne excels in her role by fostering strong rapport with Traffic Controllers, existing clients and cultivating productive relationships with new clients at site level, ensuring smooth collaboration and service excellence.

Leanne is also accredited to perform Drug and Alcohol testing, reinforcing Momentum’s commitment to workforce safety and regulatory compliance.
